OK Everyone, it's time to burn off that holiday fat and start getting in shape
for the upcoming season. International Velodrome at Bloomer Park elite rider
Luke Cavender is leading track oriented trainer workouts which are just what you
will need to get into shape. Included are special track oriented interval
routines and special core exercises to develop more power. Here are the
specifics:
When: Every Tuesday & Thursday evenings 6:30-8:00 pm, through the end of
February. Arrive 15 min early to setup.
Where: American Cycle & Fitness Sterling Heights, 2169 Metro Parkway (just east
of Dequindre at Dundee St), Sterling Heights. Parking lot is accessed from
Dundee St.
Equipment: Each rider will need his own bike and trainer/rollers; a towel under
the bike & another to wipe off is also helpful. The store does not have any
equipment for rent.
Cost: Cost for the sessions is $30/Month. Junior riders (under 18) are free. If
you just want to try it your first visit is free.

Cycle and Fitness locations are offering trainer workout programs, all with
highly qualified instructors. Call the individual store near you for details.
