Oh, also, Kirk, where do I get any Andro...
And does it provide a tonic for the immune system as well as a stimulant?
I;ll increase my avocados. I am using boldo leaves (I get from Herb Products Co
in No Hollywood CA) for liver strengthening and cleaning. My wheatgrass juice
and green leafy veg juices are working better each day. I get Dr Christopher's
adrenal thyroid and pancreas herbs bulk and that strengthens me, too. I also
have whole olive leaves for immunity and pathogen killing. Boldo leaves are
also anti-pathogen and the vit C in the rose hips kills the virus and bacteria
on contact and with pantothenic acid help the adrenals, and it helps the liver,
too.
I do a lot of almonds and some other nuts and seeds now that my belly is
getting better - and now more avocados, too. Stright oil, flax seed I have, but
can only take so much at a time. I used to love ground up whole flax seeds.
I also take chinese herbs for the liver and kidneys - and I found that bulk
herb schizandra helped the kidneys-essence and the lungs.
And I do colon cleanser.
I do a number of kinds of seaweeds, too.
They help. Any more ideas?
Pineapple in the morning is indeed better - thanks.

I have found when I was dieting for contests that if I
ate my fruit and acid foods mainly before noon and the
more alkaline foods after that....it worked Best
plus my fats come only from natural foods avocadoes
and coconut (fresh young meat)soaked seeds and some
nuts this works well for me
