My experience with creatine has been pretty positive. I increased my
max weight by about 20% when I was using it regularly. I did not
notice any decrease in mass when I stopped.

Creatine is one of the few suppliments I would consider as a vegan. I
prefer to get most all of my nutrients from actual food.
