A balanced vegan diet will have all the carbs and protein you need! for
a snack eat fruit like a banana with a soy protein shake, or if you
want to find other snacks search online! or go to your local health
food store and they will help you out. They make all kinds of great
vegan snacks now a days from faux oreos to faux beef jerky! My advise
to you is get a vegan food guide pyramid (do a search) and fine tune
your general diet, then worry about the snacks, and when you do you
shouldn't have a problem because there are tons of em out there you
just have to be vigilant about seeking them out! Hope I've helped.
