Running a few days a week and also lifting weights makes me really
hungry. I have slipped a few times and have eaten some animal
protein. YUCK!! Anyway, no regrets tomorrow is a new day. However
can you please help me? I need some ideas on snacks. We as
bodybuilders need to eat throughout the day and I am really at a loss
as to what choices I can make to make this process more satisfying.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
