Hi,
There will be a meeting this Thursday at 6:30 pm at the Student
Aquatic Center. Please be there to pay for your clothing as we HAVE
to have this in by the end of the week. If you do not show or make
arrangements with Sean or I than you will not be able to order
clothing. This is a ONE time order for the year. Please bring your
dues, release form, insurance cards and clothing money and sizes if
you have not paid or turned in anything listed above.
Also, I have a coach that wants to coach the team with a general
training plan, but he would also like to get a few riders to do
personal coaching with him so make it worth it. He will also do
clinics and be at most of the collegiate races so it sounds like a
great opportunity for those that might be interested in more
structured training. For the individuals interested he said he would
offer about half off his coaching rates and is also looking to get a

Hi all,
I would like to hold a club meeting this wednesday at 6pm at the
Student Aquatic center. This meeting is for clothing so please bring
your money in for what you want. There are two color options posted
under the files section and I made a poll, so please vote to help us
decide which one to get produced. I will post the prices below for
those that are interested. Please have sizes, amount, and money ready
and we can get this order taken care of quickly. Also, Sean still has
a bunch of T-shirts that were made for the club and they are $15
each. If you have any questions or cant make it please let me know
and we can settle this outside of the meeting if need be. We need to
have all of this in by November 7th and it is a one time order.

really rough proof of the jersey. The colors will be orange and UT
white, not the red orange that is in the pic. Let me know what you

We will have a sketch of the jersey for you to view at the meeting.

I would be able to come tonight to the meeting. But considering some people are still having midterms, the turnout might be limited. I also wouldnt doubt that some people have been too busy to check their emails lately so they might not even have a clue that we are meeting lol.
