Hey Guys!

It's almost Kagami Biraki time again!
Those of you who are unfamiliar with this special occassion have probably read a
lot about it from Moyo's e-mails. This is a very important night where
outstanding achievements will be acknowledged. But aside from that, other
"special" achievements will also be recognized. These are known as the joke
awards, so if any of you want to acknowledge one of your peers for something
memorably funny that he or she has done over the year, please reply back to me.
