Hi all,

Our biggest recruiting event of the year is coming up and the
UTKC needs your help!

The SAC University Festival is being held on Friday September 9 and
the UTKC is taking part again this year.
This event runs from 10 am – 2 pm and is for various clubs
at the U of T to promote themselves to both new and returning students.

We'll need volunteers for this, lots and lots of volunteers. If you're on or
anywhere near campus that day, we can really use your help.
You can stay for the whole event or just for
an hour or two (students who have breaks in between classes).

Like in past years we'll be handing out flyers and talking about/answering
questions about the UTKC. It's a fun event, you'll get to
meet tons of people, and get to enjoy the other
SAC festivities taking place that day.

This is a pretty big event for us for promoting the UTKC. The fall is when
we usually have a large number of newcomers join the club,
and it is mainly because of us being seen at
the SAC Clubs Fair.
