Please note these important dates coming up:

(1) Fri, March 25: class cancelled
The Athletic Centre is closed on this Friday. We are
back to regular schedule on Saturday, March 26.

(2) Sat, April 2: guest instructor Mr. Toshiatsu Sasaki
Mr. Toshiatsu Sasaki (8th Dan, 7 Dan JKF) will be in
Toronto to conduct a Karate Ontario seminar (Apr. 3).
Our club is very privileged to have him visit our class
on Saturday, April 2 (1pm-3pm). Please make sure you
take this great opportunity and attend the class on
April 2.

(3) Fri, April 8 - Sun, April 10: Spring Camp
Our annual spring camp will take place on April 9/10.
We'll travel up to Hart House Farm on Friday (Apr. 8)
evening and begin the workouts early Saturday morning.
As always, there are the intense workouts accompanied
by good food/drinks and great time. For information
