Here are some info on the upcoming All-Day Workout on Saturday, Jan. 15, 10am-
5pm.
Workout Schedule:
Workout 1: 10:10am to 11:30am (Upper Gym)
Break 1: 11:30am to 12:30pm
Workout 2: 12:30pm to 2:30pm (Upper Gym)
Break 2: 2:30pm to 3:30pm
Workout 3: 3:30pm to 5pm (Dance Studio)
The Athletic Centre opens at 10am on Saturdays. Therefore, please get changed
and everyone helps with cleaning the floor, so we can get started with the
first workout on time. Although it's not mandatory to attend all three
workouts, it's, no doubt, most beneficial to your training to do so.
UTKC members in the past are, again, more than welcome to join us for the
workouts and the dinner banquet. If you need a Guest Pass (available for $8)
to get access to AC facilities, please email me before Friday, January 14.
Here are few tips which you may find useful:
- Bring some food or snacks for the breaks as you may be too pressed for time
to go out to get food.
- T-shirts, track suits, sweats may be helpful if you want to get comfortable
during the breaks. (an extra set of gi may be good also.)
- Water bottles are always good idea
