Hi everyone,
It is the time of the year when current executive team members pass on their duties.
Club elections for 2009-2010 Club Executives will be held THURSDAY, APRIL 9, immediately after class. (We would normally hold it on a Friday, but April 10th is Good Friday.)
Please try your best to come to this class (or at the end of class) to vote for your club execs. A list of positions and a brief description of each can be found below. We've tweaked some of the responsibilities around slightly. Please feel free to contact any current executive if you have any questions or need more information on what's involved. Everyone is strongly encouraged to take part in the election and/or run for a position in the executive committee.
* Nominating someone: If you know someone who has good potential for a position, make sure you come to the election and nominate her/him, or let me know via email.
* To be nominated: If you are interested in running for a position, make sure you have someone to nominate you in the election, or simply let me know via email.
Yours truly,
Peter Lo
