Hi Everyone,
Hope you’re all well. There have been some concerns regarding the sound system in the Dance Studio & all storage areas where the fitness & movement programs are run.
- I’ve investigated the sound system in the Dance Studio & have put a replacement adapter jack in the unit and reconnected the cords. Please keep it that way.
For those who use the MP3/iPod player, which involve removing the connectors from the tape player jacks…we would ask that after you use the splitter on the tape connector side, to please replace them back into the jack. Also, we would request that the adapter jacks are not removed from the units at all. There is no need for it. Please double check your splitter to ensure that the adapter jacks are not connected to it when you are finished. Please turn down all the volume dials when you are finished with the system.
If there are any further problems with any of the sound systems, please let me know directly.
- Storage Area with mats, dumbbells, etc. Classes offered in the Upper Gym, Lower Gym, Fencing Salle & Dance Studio all have storage areas that we share with other programming.
In December, we did inventory and organized the space. Please try to maintain the order in the space. The other instructors from other programming will be reminded to do the same. If there is no instructor after you, please lock up the storage space (UG, LG & DS) when you are finished your program. Please make sure to finish you program on the time and to ensure a smooth transition between classes and duties of the facilities staff.
