Hello All,
Spring Camp is coming up pretty soon.
The dates for Spring Camp are Friday April 6 to Sunday April 8.
Training begins Saturday morning and you will be home in the
afternoon by Sunday.
For those of you who are new to the idea of Spring Camp, here are
some details:
1. We go up to Hart House Farm, and train there over the weekend
2. It will be two days of intense training and lots of good food
3. There are 5 work outs, 3 on Saturday, and 2 on Sunday
The cost of attending one day is $30, and for two days is $50. An
additional $5 late fee will be in effect if you sign up after April
1st.
