Hello everyone, the Inter-University Tournament is still scheduled for
this Saturday March 3rd at 12:00 noon. Please read the following
e-mail carefully so that you know exactly what is going on. Don't
skim it or glance over it, read it!

1. We will be going up to Laurentian University in Sudbury by van.
We have 20 people going up in 3 vans. On Saturday morning, Vans will
be loading at 7:45AM and departing the Athletic Centre at 8:00AM
sharp. We will meet in the Athletic Centre Lobby. Drivers will park
their vans around the AC wherever it is most convenient for them, so
you will have to meet with your driver in the lobby in order to know
where your van is. Please do not be late, it is a 4hr drive up to
Sudbury and we need to leave at 8:00AM in order to make it in time.
Below you will find the van assignments.

Passengers: Brian Mariampillai, Ho Yeung Tsui, Tilak Dutta, Kristina
Voytovich, Eric Tsang

2. Hotel accommodations have been booked. On Saturday night we will
be staying at the Travel Lodge Motel which is only a 5 minute drive
from the Laurentian campus. We have 6 rooms booked for 18 people (2
participants will be staying elsewhere). One room costs just over
$100.00 so if we put 3 people in a room like we did the last time we
went to Laurentian, the cost per person will be $33.00 and change (men
with men and women with women of course). Make sure you bring at
least $34.00 to cover this cost.

3. We will be going out for dinner in the evening after the
tournament. We will be going to Buzzy Brown's not far from the campus
and the hotel where we have a 7:00PM reservation. Plan on spending
around $20.00.
