Just a reminder that this Saturday November 4th we will be having an
all day workout in the Upper Gym of the Athletic Centre. The workout
schedule is as follows:
10:00am-11:30am 1st workout
11:30am-12:30pm break
12:30pm-2:30pm 2nd workout
2:30pm-3:30pm break
3:30pm-5:00pm 3rd workout
I would suggest that you bring lunch and snacks along with you so that
you will not have to waste time getting changed and leaving the
Athletic Centre to find food. We also have dinner reservations at
Real Thailand for 6:15pm-6:30pm so everyone can take a nice shower
before leaving. I hope to see everyone at the all day workout and at
dinner afterwards.
