I hope all of you are enjoying the early winter snow this year.

Does anyone know what happened to www.kiteforum.com? I have not
been able to access it for the past 2 weeks.

I am curious if Sulphur Creek is frozen yet. I tried call High
Unita Outfitters, but they are closed until the Fishing Derby.

I really like Skyline, but it is difficult to forecast the weather.
I have had 2 whiteouts and 2 no wind days so far this year. Today
was perfect with 15 mph wind and blue skies. The snow was deep, but
was bumpy, windblown chop. It was great to see a lot of kiters up
on the ridge today. Jon and Doug were both tearing it up.

Anyone figure out how to forecast the wind at Skyline? The digital
prototype forecast for Skyline was for 21 mph wind out of the west,
so it wasn't too far off. The days that were wind free had a
forecast of around 12 - 15 out of the southwest. Wish we had a
windmeter there.
