The UVSC Men's Club Volleyball Team invites you to submit an entry form
for our annual men's spring volleyball tournament on February 23-24,
2007. The coaches' meeting will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, February 23rd,
in the Physical Education Activity Center. Please RSVP early; this
tournament always has a waiting list. Your team's $150 entry fee and
form must be RECEIVED by Friday, February 9th to guarantee your
participation. A $50 late fee will be assessed after February 9th,
2007. No teams will be added or late payments accepted on the day of
the event. Please print and mail the attached entry form (also
available to download from the website) along with your entry fee. Make
checks payable to:
