The UVSC Men's Club Volleyball Team invites you to submit an entry form for our
annual spring men's indoor volleyball invitational to be held on March 17-18,
2006. The coaches' meeting will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 17th, in the UVSC
Physical Education Activity Center. Please RSVP early; this tournament usually
has a waiting list. Your team's $150 entry fee and form must be RECEIVED by
Friday, March 3rd to guarantee your participation. A $50 late fee will be
assessed after March 10, 2006. No teams will be added or late payments accepted
on the day of the event. Please print and mail the attached entry form (which
is also available to download from the website) along with your entry fee. Make
