The UVSC Men's Club Volleyball Team invites you to submit an entry form for our
annual men's pre-season volleyball tournament on December 2-3, 2005. The
coaches' meeting will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, December 2nd, in the UVSC Physical
Education Activity Center. Please RSVP early; this tournament will have a
waiting list. Your team's $150 entry fee and form must be RECEIVED by Friday,
November 18th to guarantee your participation. A $50 late fee will be assessed
after November 25, 2005. No teams will be added or late payments accepted on
the day of the event. Please print and mail the attached entry form (also
available to download from the website) along with your entry fee. Make checks
