I see this question here over and over. I wish I knew a better answer than
what I'm going to give, but it might help.
BYU has open gym every Monday night and Saturday morning. The problem is
that unless you're a student, you'll need to be the guest of a student and
to play you still need to conform to BYU's dress and grooming standards.
So, get to know some students. The games on the Smith Fieldhouse courts are
usually pretty high-quality.
There is an indoor court at Liberty Square Apartments. There are often
games going on there, espeically Saturdays. During warm weather, Kiwanis
Park is the best place to go for outdoor play. There are lots of
low-quality sand courts around at assorted apartment complexes. Sometimes,
depending on the day, there can be some good ball. King Henry Apartments
often have decent game, but it's on hard, packed sand.
