Tournament Date and Venue:

· September 16 (Saturday), 23 (Saturday) and September 24, 2006

· 9:00am to 5:00pm

· Badminton Central, 1161 Chino Roces Ave., Makati City

Entry Fee:

· P800 per player

· Inclusive of tournament shirt, shuttlecocks, leveling fee, court

fee, food and drinks and prizes for all level champions

· Registration fee may be deposited at Synergy Ventures Events

Marketing at BPI Buendia branch with current account # 3720-0034-56.

· Fax a copy of your duly filled out registration form (w/o pictures)

together with the validated bank deposit slip to confirm registration.

· NO attachment of bank deposit slip will not confirm registration of

player.

Leveling Dates:

· September 2, 3 and 10, 2006, 1pm to 5 pm at Badminton Central,

Makati City

* No entry fee, no leveling.

Registration Requirements:

· Duly filled-up registration form

· ID picture (1x1)

· Photocopy of valid identification card

· Entry forms may be downloaded from www.yourbadminton.com or may be

requested at info@... or call 840-2834.

Registration Deadline:

· Deadline for submission of registration forms with payment is on

August 25, 2006

· Last day of refund will be on September 10, 2006

· Interested players are encouraged to register early as entries will

be processed on a first come, first served basis

Categories:

· Ladies Doubles, Levels A to E

· Men's Doubles, Levels A to E

· Mixed Doubles, Levels A to E

Tournament Format:

· The tournament will have five class rankings each for both ladies

and men's categories (A, B, C, D & E)

· Eliminations round and semi-final round shall be a one-set race to

21 points. No setting in case of 20-all.

· Final round format using 1-15 scoring system, best of 3 sets

Prizes:

· Cash prize of P10,000 plus trophy for Level A champions

· Cash prize of P9,000 plus trophy for Level B champions

· Cash prize o P8,000 plus trophy for Level C champions

· Cash prize of P4,000 plus trophy for Levels D and E champions

· Cash prize of P3,000 plus trophy for runners up for Levels A to C

categories

· Cash prize of P2,000 plus trophy for runners up for Levels D to E

categories

Eligibility:

· Open to badminton enthusiasts

· Former or current college or high school varsity players are not

qualified to join.

· Former or current National Team member or training pool is not

qualified to join.

· Beginners are highly encouraged to join the tournament.

· Multiple entries to different category are ALLOWED, provided entry

fee is only valid for 1 category. If a player wishes to play in 2

categories, the player will have to pay the registration fee for that

category of P800.00

Release of official line-up & detailed game schedule:

· Official leveling schedule of all registered players be posted on

www.yourbadminton.com . Players will also be informed through email,

call or text of their leveling schedule.

· Official line-up & detailed game schedule will be released on

September 12, 2006.

· Information will be sent to your email and will be posted online at

www.yourbadminton.com.
