the units are all concrete using ready mix cement. column and beams using combination of 16mm and 20mm deformd bars, the sala, dining and kitchen will be using granite tiles, cabinets are custom made with mahogany varnish finishd, for the 2 bedroom units(units 3,4,5) bedroom floors will be parquet desing tiles. for the 3 bedroom units(units 1,2)bedroom floors would be laminated wood finish. all bedroom partition will be concrete. long span roof. steel railing on concrete stairs with wood plank steps. garage is plain cement finish. all toilet and bath using standard tiles and standard water closets. maindoor is solid panel door toilet doors are PVC doors, bedroom doors are standard bedroom doors. Unit 1 being fronting the street has an extra 20sqm lot area that can be used for commercial purpose like water store, pawnshop, dental clinic etc that's why is it 500,000.00 more than the price of unit2.
