Contrary to what was stated in the initial memo, it has also been
confirmed that the USL First and Second Division clubs will not all be
entered into this year's tournament. All ten US-based First Division
clubs will be entered, and the Second Division will enter six of it's
US-based teams into the tournament. As the defending league champions,
the Richmond Kickers have already qualified. The remaining five spots
will be determined by the five teams with the highest point percentage
through May 27.
