Justice has been served! Bert Patenaude's hat-trick has long been maintained by
the U.S. Soccer Federation and FIFA is now officially recognizing the fact. The
professional goal scoring prowess of Patenaude was on display in the American
Soccer League and in the U.S. Open Cup (USOC). Bert won three USOC titles in his
career, two with the legendary Fall River Marksmen (1930, 1931) and one for St.
Louis' Central Breweries (1935).
