Many thanks to Nancy Harrison Gorton for suggesting and offering to host a Region 4 NAJC/NAYRC Planning Meeting for Saturday, January 20. While a face-to-face meeting with riders/parents/trainers is optimal, we will also set up a speaker phone so the meeting can be held by teleconference and any interested persons in the region may participate without traveling to Kansas City.

- Introductions
- Timeline regarding what paperwork is needed, when and to whom
- USDF FEI Jr/Yr Clinic with Kathy Connelly--location, organizer, additional education needed (i.e., vet jog, freestyles, budgeting to attend NAJC/NAYRC)
- Fundraising: share ideas and develop a goal and implementation steps
- Anything else you need?

The teleconference line to call will be circulated after we determine if enough riders/trainers/parents are interested in participating in the meeting and when we've identified the best time of day for the meeting.
