I thought this information would be beneficial to everyone on these listserves! I know our GMO show committee is currently planning it's budgets and activities for 2007 and will need to include the test fee (but will also be happy to copy tests locally, rather than order them through USEF, following these instructions).
I've sent a message to USDF to see if the USDF tests (freestyles, in-hand, intro, etc.) are going to follow-suit. I'll let you know what I learn.

2007 USEF DRESSAGE TEST GUIDELINES
The United States Equestrian Federation, Inc.® Dressage Tests for Training through Fourth Levels are now available. These new editions become effective with the beginning of the 2007 USEF competition year (December 1, 2006) and will remain in use for the next four (4) years (until November 30, 2010).
- As a continuing service to USEF members, movements for these dressage tests are now posted on the dressage page of the Federation website www.usef.org. Also available is the new edition of the popular USEF Dressage Test Booklet. This convenient pocket-size booklet, which contains all movements, directives, and test information for Training through Fourth Level, can be ordered from USEF for a cover price of only $5 each (plus shipping). For the first time, this booklet also includes the USDF Intro and Freestyle Tests, thereby being a complete national dressage test reference. Order forms are available on www.usef.org.
- USEF will no longer print and sell individual dressage test score sheets. As a new feature for members, officials and competitions, complete USEF score sheets are posted for free download via their "Authorized User" accounts on www.usef.org (for more information regarding Authorized User accounts, please visit the Federation website). FEI tests are available via www.horsesport.org.
- USEF dressage test score sheets must be printed double-sided on legal-size (8.5" x 14") paper. Designated colors are as follows, in pastel shades:
- Training Level = light pink
- First Level = light blue
- Second Level = light yellow
- Third Level = lavender
- Fourth Level = light green
- The USEF "per ride fee" payable on Post Competition Reports for all USEF tests ridden at 2007 Licensed Competitions will be $.35 per ride.
- Score sheets may not be modified in any way and must be printed and copied for competition use as outlined above. Failure to comply may subject competitions to any and all applicable USEF penalties. Technical Delegates must report lack of compliance with this policy on USEF TD Reports.
- For more information about the 2007 USEF Dressage Tests, please visit the dressage page of www.usef.org or contact Jennifer Keeler, National Director of Dressage, (859) 225-2024 or jkeeler@....
- Please note all USEF Dressage Tests are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized duplication or printing in any way is strictly prohibited. Organizations interested in reproduction or printing of these tests should contact Scott Carling, Assistant Executive Director of Marketing, (859) 225-6928 or scarling@....
