When the USDF Region 4 hospitality committee first formed in April, Becky Hafner asked USDF to allow reduced rates for the convention and symposium for youth members.  Some feedback provided was that it had been done before but didn't generate much youth participation (on the flip side, this would also not cost USDF much then to make the offer).  I was pleased to see that Becky's suggestion was heard and acted upon, though.

 

The 2006 costs are:

I thought this information would be useful when doing outreach to encourage people to come to the meeting and symposium.  Thanks for advocating for youth, Becky.  Let's hope there is a good response to this offer so it can continue in future years.
