It didn't come through that way- it looked like this:

New to Region 4 interested members a email group is now forming. Please join at Yahoo!Groups:usdfregion4. If you have problems contact Mary Nemecek and she will assist you at MSNEMECEK@....

But that's ok- we seem to have it fixed now as a zillion people joined today.
