Good afternoon, 

The USDF office is experiencing difficulties with our phone system.  We have incoming call capabilities at this time, but cannot call out (locally or for long distance).  The problem is being addressed, but at this time, we do not know how long it will take to correct this issue.  The USDF fax machines can receive faxes, but we are unable to send faxes at this time.  The office has asked staff to change their voice mail to reflect we are experiencing phone difficulties and cannot return calls, and to leave their e-mail address in the voice mail message as a method of contact until this problem is resolved.  The office will also be sending an E-news to our members about this phone issue, as well.

We hope to have this problem resolved as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact me.
