Under direction of the Director of Horse Registration and Services, this position provides member service and creates positive member experiences both in person and via electronic communication; processes and maintains records of horse recording applications, transfers, leases, name changes and farms; researches problems; and prepares a listing of name changes and leases for Equestrian magazine. Additionally, this position reviews pending files for incomplete paperwork and requests refunds when necessary.
ENTRY REQUIRMENTS:
EDUCATION
High school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE
Six months customer service or data entry experience strongly preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have sufficient equine knowledge to communicate effectively with members regarding equine specific issues. Requires basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, problem solving ability, and excellent customer service skills.
