SPORT HORSE POSITION
The United States Dressage Federation, a non-profit equine
organization focused on the education of dressage, is seeking
applicants for a full-time, senior coordinator for the
organization's sport horse activities. A primary responsibility is
as staff liaison to a volunteer committee of experts, and
administrating and coordinating the multi-faceted aspects of
dressage sport horse activities. Periodic travel out of state is a
requirement. The applicant should have a working knowledge of, or
experience with dressage sport horse breeding issues, warmblood
breed registries and organizations, licensed dressage sport horse
breeding competitions, and statistical knowledge related to breeding
and pedigree/performance including analysis and interpretation.
Additionally, experience with development and servicing of program
sponsorship and partner relations is preferred. Knowledge or
experience with USDF sport horse programs such as the USDF Breeder's
Championships Series; education for licensed officials, breeders and
trainers; and the All-breed Awards program is a plus. Applicant
should possess excellent organizational, managerial, and written and
verbal communications skills, as well as a sound working knowledge
of all Microsoft Office applications. Team work and the ability to
work well with staff on an interdepartmental level and foster a
cooperative effort are important in this position. The Senior Sport

REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS POSITION
The United States Dressage Federation, a non-profit equine
organization focused on the education of dressage, is seeking
applicants for a full-time managerial position for the
organization's championship programs. The primary responsibility
will be: Overseeing all aspects of the USDF Regional Championship
program and interfacing with key volunteers and staff to facilitate
all aspects of this prestigious competition-based program. Applicant
must have a working knowledge of, or experience in equestrian
competition—with dressage experience a plus. Additionally,
experience in developing and overseeing programs or events is
required. Responsibilities include: facilitating the development of
championship program rules, championship show contracts and
competitor criteria; guaranteeing consistency and integrity of the
program through monitoring the application of the program rules,
eligibility requirements and recognition procedures; facilitation of
program sponsorship obligations; and effective promotion of the
program. Applicant should possess excellent organizational and
managerial skills, excellent written and verbal communication
skills, and competency in all Microsoft Office applications. Team
work and the ability to work well with staff on an interdepartmental
level and foster a cooperative effort are important in this
position. The ability to travel extensively as a USDF representative

SPORT DATA SPECIALIST
The United States Dressage Federation, a national non-profit equine
organization, has an immediate full-time hourly, data entry position
opening in the Competitions Department. Position responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, processing competition results and
corresponding with competitors and show management. Candidates for
this position must possess experience in data entry, excellent
customer service skills, strong written and oral communication
skills, ability to work in a team environment, as well as work
independently, and be detail-oriented. Equine knowledge preferred.
