Hey All !

Let me start by saying that we don't want to tell Bobby how to run his race. We
all had a
great time, and would go back with no changes to the event.

But, someone pointed out that, even though we had discussed weight classes last
year, there
were none. In addition, the race notice doesn't say this is Prodigy Nationals.
In fact, last
year, if 5 olympians would have shown up, none of the Prodigy sailors would have
got a
trophy (doesn't matter to me). The main reason the Prodigy guys got trophies is
because we
WERE the top 5 finishers.

Should we bring our own little trophies, and have a presentation after Bobby's.
We could
make our own classes. I'm a big fan of giving out only 1st place trophies. I
know it sounds
different. If we're going to have 4 trophies, make 4 classes, depending on who
registers.
(i.e. light, medium, heavy, and old, or light, heavy. old, and real old. or
light, medium,
heavy, and sport or whatever). The light guys like myself, don't need more
trophies. We
need more people to have a good time, so this thing can grow.
