These drinks contain Sodium Benzoate 211 on the label.
A chemical reaction between Vitamin C and Sodium Benzoate creates Benzine a highly Carcinogenic chemical (story by Channel 9).

Benzine has the ability to severely damage the DNA in the
Mitochondria to the point that it totally inactivates it, knocks it out altogether. The Mitochondria consumes Oxygen to give you energy, and if you damage it, then the cell starts to malfunction very seriously, often fatally, a whole array of Diseases has been tied to the damage to the DNA, including Parkinson's Disease and quite a lot of Neuro-Degenerative Diseases..

This is a follow-up of all the TV station's story on Mentos and Diet Coke.
Don't mix these two either, they cause a chemical reaction (explosion) in the stomach, it's not only Mentos but also any Mint products. Mint Life Savers, Tic Tac's, Cool Mint's, etc, the Mint is not the culprit here but the Aspartame in the Diet Drinks, 951 on the label, also   avoid 950 Acelsultame F (same thing). Aspartame poisoning has been scientifically linked to 92 Symptoms of Disease ... Still going to drink your Diet Drinks???

Most European countries have forbidden the Importing
and use in their Country of Aspartame including all makes of Saccharin, example Equal, Nutra-Sweet,  Spoonful & Diet Drinks, including 6,000 consumer Good's and Beverages, sold on the Supermarket shelves .  this ban affect's all use of this product in any type o consumable infringement and will carry penalties that go from 9.000 euros to 90,000 Euros.

Mexico is also considering banning all 6,000 products of Aspartame on its Supermarket shelves. In Mexico Aspartame is known as Rumsfeld's Disease, after George Bush's mate Donald Rumsfeld. The Nutra-Sweet company and Searle are owned by Monsanto who appointed Rumsfeld as their General Manager, so they could
use his clout with Parliament to get this Deadly Poison passed by the FDA   and boost their sales of Aspartame.

Five (5) lessons to make you think about the way we treat people.

1 - First Important Lesson - Cleaning Lady.

During my second month of college, our professor
gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student
and had breezed through the questions until I read
the last one:

"What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?"

Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the
cleaning woman several times. She was tall,
dark-haired and in her 50s, but how would I know her name?

I handed in my paper, leaving the last question
blank. Just before class ended, one student asked if
the last question would count toward our quiz grade.

"Absolutely, " said the professor. "In your careers,
you will meet many people. All are significant. They
deserve your attention and care, even if all you do
is smile and say "hello."

I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her
name was Dorothy.

2. - Second Important Lesson - Pickup in the Rain

One night, at 11:30 p.m., an elderly African-American
woman was standing on the side of an Alabama highway
trying to endure a lashing rainstorm. Her car had
broken down and she desperately needed a ride.
Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car.
A young white man stopped to help her, generally
unheard of in those conflict-filled 60s.. The man
took her to safety, helped her get assistance and
put her into a taxicab.

She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his
address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a
knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a
giant console color TV was delivered to his home. A
special note was attached..

It read:
"Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway
the other night. The rain drenched not only my
clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along.
Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying

husband's bedside just before he passed away... God
bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving
others."

Sincerely, Mrs. Nat King Cole.

3 - Third Important Lesson - Always remember those who serve.

In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less,
a 10-year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and
sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him.

"How much is an ice cream sundae?" he asked.

"Fifty cents," replied the waitress.

The little boy pulled is hand out of his pocket and
studied the coins in it.

"Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?" he inquired.

By now more people were waiting for a table and the
waitress was growing impatient.

"Thirty-five cents," she brusquely replied.

The little boy again counted his coins.

"I'll have the plain ice cream," he said.

The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on
the table and walked away. The boy finished the ice
cream, paid the cashier and left. When the waitress
came back, she began to cry as she wiped down the
table. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish,
were two nickels and five pennies..

You see, he couldn't have the sundae, because he had
to have enough left to leave her a tip.

4 - Fourth Important Lesson. - The obstacle in Our Path.

In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a
roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if
anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the
king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by
and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the
King for not keeping the roads clear, but none did
anything about getting the stone out of the way.

Then a peasant came along carrying a load of
vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the
peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the
stone to the s ide of the road. After much pushing
and straining, he finally succeeded. After the
peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed
a purse lying in the road where the boulder had
been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note
from the King indicating that the gold was for the
person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The
peasant learned what many of us never understand!

Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition.

5 - Fifth Important Lesson - Giving When it Counts...

Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer at a
hospital, I got to know a little girl named Liz who
was suffering from a rare & serious disease. Her only
chance of recovery appeared to be a blood
transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had
miraculously survived the same disease and had
developed the antibodies needed to combat the
illness. The doctor explained the situation to her
little brother, and asked the little boy if he would

be willing to give his blood to his sister.

I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking a
deep breath and saying, "Yes I'll do it if it will
save her." As the transfusion progressed, he lay in
bed next to his sister and smiled, as we all did,
seeing the color returning to her cheek. Then his
face grew pale and his smile faded.

He looked up at the doctor and asked with a
trembling voice, "Will I start to die right away".

Being young, the little boy had misunderstood the

doctor; he thought he was going to have to give his
sister all of his blood in order to save her.

Now you have 2 choices.

1. Delete this email, or

2. Forward it to people you care about including me.
I hope that you will choose No. 2

1. Kahit first time lang makahawak ng baril ang leading lady ay asintado ito sa barilan

Ma-i-in love ang lover.

After a Break: Reclaiming Your Position

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

puwesto niya bilang number one player in the world? Kahanga-hanga, hindi ba? I'm

talking about Andre Agassi, the 32 year-old tennis player who's only one of the five

players in the world who have won the four major professional tennis tournament: the

Australian Open, the French Open, the Wimbledon, and the US Open. Taong 1992

Noong

But after a wrist injury in 1997, Agassi did not play in many tournaments. Dahil dito,

Pero muling nakabangon si Agassi and by the end of

1999, he reclaimed his former position in the tennis world: he ranked number one

again.

First, Agassi was determined and persistent.

He was not only determined and persistent, but he was also humble.

ranggo. But not Agassi. He acknowledged that he needed help so kumuha siya ng

He was also willing to start from scratch. Sumali

tournaments.

The Bible says, "Humble yourselves under God's mighty hand that He may lift you up in

due time." If you have been down and out, huwag kang mawalan ng pag-asa.

nagbibigay muli. If you humble yourself before God, and if you are determined and

persistent, you can get back to your work or to your position. Injuries and other

struggles may hinder you for a while, but God's hand can put the spring back in your

life.

After a Break: Working After Giving Birth

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

All of us who work have our share of daily breaks.

Giving birth is one of the most

memorable experiences ng isang babae. But the weeks that follow giving birth are

more challenging and demanding, lalo na kung babalik siya sa pagtatrabaho. Ano-ano

pagtatrabaho? Narito ang aming mga payo:

Una, make sure you've had your post-natal check up.

Pangalawa, eat a well-balanced diet and have enough rest.

tama. If you are breastfeeding, drink a lot of liquid like water, milk and natural

juice, and sip bowls of soup.

Pang-apat, negotiate for a flexible work schedule.

muli, subukan mong makipag-ayos sa inyong opisina for a more flexible work schedule

so you can still give sufficient time for your new baby. May mga opisina na mother and

baby-friendly. Meron silang mga nursery and daycare center within the building para

Others agree to a

reduced working days or working hours. Maganda sana kung mapapagkasunduan ninyo

ang isang flexible work schedule.

payo.

Panglima, make sure that your baby will be taken good care of while you are in the

workplace.

If you know

that your baby is well taken care of at home, then you will have peace of mind at

work.

Going back to work after giving birth is demanding and challenging.

After a Break: Need a Break?

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

"Need a break? Take a …(toot)". And so goes a commercial about a chocolate bar. We

ask you the same thing: Do you need a break from your work?

If you don’t give yourself a break, you

will have a breakdown. So give yourself a break. And a break need not happen only

once a year, tulad ng isang engrandeng bakasyon. You can actually take a break from

your work everyday. Here's how:

Una, take advantage of your coffee breaks and lunch breaks. Coffee and lunch

breaks are meant to give you comfort.

Or if you're the more sociable type, a

lunch break could be a good time for you para makipagkuwentuhan sa mga kaibigan at

katrabaho.

Pangalawa, don't bring your work at home.

Your home is your refuge and

castle. It's a palce where you can rest and unwind, so make sure you rest when you're

at home.

Pangatlo, do something different from your usual work. If the nature of your work

is mental, during your spare time do the opposite.

Do something physical instead. Relax your mind by

watching a good movie or by enjoying a nice scenery.

Pang-apat at panghuli, plan to go on a trip at least once a year. Plan to be away

from your work place so you can gain a fresh perspective about your work. Puwede

kang magbakasyon sa inyong probinsya, o mag-overnight stay sa isang resort. Or

maybe you can go to a prayer mountain or retreat house and seek God. Spending time

with God refreshes your soul and prepares you to face greater challenges at work and

in your personal life.

PLANT COURTESY IN THE WORKPLACE

by Maloi Salumbides

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

Naaalala nyo pa ba yung folk song natin na “magtanim ay di biro, maghapong

nakayuko.” Talagang mahirap ang magtanim. Nakakapagod talaga. Pero if we

want to harvest something in the future, we should invest time and effort

planting today.

One of the

important seeds that we should plant in the workplace is the seed of courtesy.

If we want more courteous environment in the workplace, dapat magsimula sa

atin.

Let me share with you insights from Zig Ziglar’s Life Lifters. Ang sabi niya, “A

pleasant smile and a good attitude make a big difference in the workplace.

Reasearch shows that if everybody read newspaper comic strips before they

leave home and listen to some recorded jokes, inspirational tapes or soothing

music as they drive, they would arrive in the workplace in a better frame of

mind.”

There

is really a lot of value in what the apostle Paul says in Philippians 4:8. Ang sabi

niya, “My friends keep your minds on whatever is true, pure, right, holy,

friendly and proper. Do not ever stop thinking about what is truly worthwhile

and worthy of praise.” It is very important that we plant noble and pure

thoughts and pleasing thoughts in our minds if we want our behavior or our

actions to be characterized as such. Ano pa ang sinabi ni Zig Ziglar. Isang

be the smartest person in town but all of us can be courteous and considerate

of the other person. A little courtesy mixed in with a pleasant smile and a

cheerful attitude will diffuse a lot of people with short fuses.” Tandaan,

courtesy could help you avoid serious problems, secure your job and bring a

promotion as well. What is our lesson for today? Acccoding to Zig Ziglar,

common courtesy benefits everyone and enriches our personal and professional

lives. Ang golden rule na kailangang balik-balikan natin – “Treat others like you

want to be treated. It is the best human relations rule known to man.” Totoo

pagsisisihan.

Be a blessing in the workplace today.

Breaking Bad Habits 2/3

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

May nagsasabing, “Habits are hard to break.” Dagdagan natin: “Yes, habits are hard

to break, but it’s not impossible to break them.” Mahirap ngang alisin, baguhin, o

If you

want to break your bad habits, then get ready for some bad habit busters.

First, identify your bad habits.

habits. Still, it would be helpful to ask someone whom you can trust to tell you

kilos at gawi mo.

After

identifying your bad habits, you need to admit your bad habits as sin and seek

forgiveness.

The third thing you need to do is to commit yourself to change. Yes, God forgives

you when you humbly admit your sins and seek His forgiveness but you also need to

change your ways. Unless you’re committed to change, magiging paulit-ulit lang ang

cycle ng bad habits sa iyong buhay. No one can make that decision to change except

yourself. So decide to change your bad habits into good habits.

And to help you make that shift from bad habits to good habits, don’t forget to

practice the principle of replacement. Kapag meron kang aalisin, dapat meron kang

ipapalit. If you “put off” something, you need to “put on” something in return. It’s

not enough to quit imagining negative or indecent thoughts. You have to further train

your mind to focus on things that are positive, decent, true, good, honorable, and

worthy of praise.

thank you pagkatapos magsauli. Don’t just quit; follow through with immediate

and doable goals. As you do so, remember that you can do all things through Christ

who strengthens you.

At malamang, mainspire

Breaking Bad Habits 1/3

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

Laging late sa appointment. Returning on time things that are borrowed. Not saying

“thank you” for a favor done to you. Picking your nose in public. Greeting someone

you meet with a warm smile. Maagang pagtulog at maaga ring paggising. Araw-araw

na pagbabasa ng Bibliya. These are all habits. Can you identify the good habits from

the bad habits?

A habit is an established practice, tendency, or manner of behavior.

We acquire habits or particular

kinds of behavior by constant repetition. At dahil paulit-ulit mong ginagawa, madalas

Habits are

important because they can affect the course of your career and life in general. Ayon

nga sa isang kasabihan: “Sow a thought, reap a deed; Sow a deed, reap a habit; Sow a

habit, reap a personality; Sow a personality, reap a destiny.” Dahil dito, dapat

sinusuri natin ang ating mga habits. So, are your habits good, or bad?

Remember that bad habits can be reflected in your personal hygiene, in your

relationship with others, and in your work ethics. Remember also that these three

areas—personal hygiene, interpersonal relationship, and work ethics—are key areas

that could help you succeed in your chosen career or vocation. Hindi kasi sapat na

may technical know-how ka or mataas ang IQ mo. Imagine, you could fail in a job

interview because of a distracting mannerism and sloppy outfit. Or you could also

offend and lose a potential client dahil na-late ka ng isang oras sa usapan nyo.

Aside from insulting, hurting, shocking other people, and inhibiting your own growth,

you also displease God with your bad habits. Minsan, ipinagwawalang bahala natin ang

ating mga bad habits. We dismiss a bad habit as a simple weakness or vice. But in

truth, bad habits are a violation of God’s good laws. Halimbawa, kasama sa Sampung

Utos ng Diyos ang “Huwag kang magsisinungaling.” But some people makes a habit out

of telling a lie, and consider it even as necessary. Others are in the habit of smoking,

drinking, staying up too late, and other practices that are destructive to the body.

Hindi ba ayon sa Bible, our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and that we should

take care of it? Bad habits displease God. It’s a violation of His good laws. Often, it’s

a disregard for yourself, for other people, and for God. That’s why bad habits can be

considered as sinful habits.

But the good news is that, with God’s help, bad habits can be broken and replaced

with good ones. God made us for good works. He will enable us to live good lives, at

The promise of God is that we can

do all things through Christ who strengthens us. It’s a good habit to say goodbye, kaya

magpapaalam muna ko but tune in tomorrow para sa pagpapatuloy ng ating serye on

Breaking Bad Habits.

Basic Accounting for Non-Accountants

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

Bagamat simple lamang ang mga concepts ng accounting, the actual process can

become so complex.

terms and concepts.

Here are some tips to help you

as you start or upgrade your company’s accounting system:

First, make sure you are following the laws. Any legitimate business should operate

according to the laws of the land. Para matiyak nyong legal ang inyong operation and

accounting system, get a Certified Public Accountant or CPA to review your accounts

and taxes. You can also get a CPA to compute your taxes.

Second, get a bookkeeper and/or an accountant you can relate to. The job of a

bookkeeper is to keep a record of the financial affairs of a business. A bookkeeper

may not necessarily be a CPA but at least someone who has knowledge of accounting.

Nowadays, some of the functions of bookkeeping are easily done by the computer. An

accountant can also keep records and at the same time review your books and taxes.

Third, if you need to change bookkeepers, do it at the end of the financial

reporting period.

Fourth, keep your system simple and in order. Have a process in place for payroll,

employee taxes and SSS premiums, sales tax, at iba pa. Take advantage of the

technology of computers. Computerization can help reduce time spent for work and costs for employment.

Fifth, get your financial reports from your bookkeeper or accountant as soon as

they are made. The function of these reports is to help you plan and make decisions

and changes that will affect the status of your company. Kung papag-aralan mo ang

reports after six months, masyado na yatang huli iyon. Mahalaga ang bawat araw para

sa isang negosyo. The earlier you study the report the better.

Aside from reviewing your reports and signing on them, CPAs can

now give you advice on management of policies and administration. This field of

specialization by CPAs is called management advisory services or administrative

services.

With these tips, we hope nakatulong kami sa inyo as you plan to start or upgrade your

accounting system.

accountant who could help review your book of accounts and taxes and manage your

business for the glory of God.

Breaking Bad Habits 3/3

by Marlene Legaspi-Munar

http://www.febc.ph/stations/dzas/protips/index.html

Yesterday, we shared with you four bad habits buster, o kung paano nyo mapuputol,

Una

sa lahat, you need to identify your bad habits.

After identifying your bad habits, agree with God that these bad habits are sinful

because they often violate His commands that’s why you need to ask God’s

forgiveness. Then of course, you must be committed to change. And in order to

change your bad habits, you need to replace them with good habits. Practice the

principle of replacement or exchange. Para magtuloy-tuloy ang pagbabago ng inyong

bad habits, we recommend that you do the following things:

Develop the spiritual discipline of Bible reading, meditation, memorization, and

prayer. By reading the Bible, you will realize kung anu-ano palang mga bagay ang

By meditating on the Bible, which is the Word of

God, you will have a deeper understanding of how to apply God’s laws in your

personal life. By memorizing portions of the Bible you will be constantly reminded of

God’s will for your life.

Doing these spiritual disciplines helps

you develop a closer relationship with God, who enables us to do good.

Aside from developing a close walk with God, you also need to have someone to

whom you will be accountable. Look for someone na puwede mong maging ka-buddy,

a person whom you can trust to give constructive criticism. Give this person the right

to remind you kapag lumilitaw uli ang mga nakakadistract mong gawi. Also,

remember what the Apostle Paul said: “Bad company corrupts good character.” Kaya

avoid people who have no desire to change their bad habits, and who tempt others to

do bad also.

Finally, don’t give up. It may not be that easy to break and change your bad habits. It

may take a longer time to do so. Gayunpaman, don’t give up. Always remember that

with God’s help, bad habits can be broken and replaced with more wholesome

alternatives. Practice good, godly habits and glorify God in your daily life!

TO ALL FOLKS WHO WERE BORN IN THE

1950's, 60' s,  70's  and early 80's !!

First,
some of us   s urvived being born to mothers who did not have an OB-Gyne and drank San Miguel Beer while they carried us.

While pregnant, they took cold or cough medicine,
a te Linunod, balikutsa, bukhayo  and didn't worry about diabetes.

Then after all that trauma, our baby cribs were made of hard wood covered with lead-based paints

We had no soft cushy cribs that play music, no disposable diapers (lampin lang sa General Milling nga naa'y faded picture nga nag-salute), and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, no
kneepads, wala pa gyu'y break ang bisikleta.

As children, we would ride in hot un-airconditioned buses with wooden seats
(Bisaya Bus nga pultahan puros ang kilid, Corominas Bus nga senimana ang brake), or cars with no airconditioning & no seat belts   (karon kay Minibus na nga nindot kaayo ug sounds or Ceres Bus nga bugnaw ug aircon)

Riding on the back of a carabao
on a breezy summer day was considered a treat.

We drank w ate r from the garden hose and NOT bottled mineral w ate r sa Nature Spring or Viva, or Absolute Mineral w ate r
(usahay gani, straight from the faucet or poso or Tabay!)

We shared one soft drink bottle with four of our friends, and NO ONE actually died from this.
Or contacted hepatitis.

We ate
rice with star margarine, bahaw nga gibutangan ug asin ug mantika sa baboy, drank raw eggs straight from the shell,  and drank sofdrinks with real sugar in it (dili diet coke or Pepsi Max), but we weren't sick or overweight kay......

WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, and get back when the streetlights came on.
Syatong, Bato-Lata, Bagol, Dakop-Dakop, Tago-Tago, Ngita'g Kaka.

No one was able to reach us all day
( wala pa'y uso ang cellphone) . And yes, we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our wooden
trolleys (katong bearing ang ligid) or Karitong Kawayan nga karaang tsinilas ang giporma nga ligid and then ride down the street , wala ma'y gidungog nga naligsan atoh!  After hitting the sidewalk or falling into a canal (sewage channel) a few times, we learned to solve the problem ourselves with our bare & dirty hands .

We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 100 channels on cable, no DVD movies, no surround stereo, no IPOD's,
no cell phones, no computers, no Internet, no chat rooms, and no Friendsters. ........ ...WE HAD REAL FRIENDS and we went outside to actually talk and play with them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no stupid lawsuits from these accidents
. The only rubbing we get is from our friends with the words..sakit bai ? pero kung kontra gani nimo ang imong kadula,,,,singgitan lang dayon ug..Mayra,Gabaan!

We played marbles (jolen) in the dirt , washed our hands just a little and ate Pan Bahug-bahug & Bagumbayan
(recycled bread man diay to kay wala mahalin!) We were not afraid of getting germs in our stomachs.

We had to live with homemade guns (giporma nga kahoy, gihigtan ug garter ug lastiko) , saplong , tirador ug uban pa nga pwedeng magkasakitay. Pero lingaw gihapon kaayo ang tanan.

We made up games with sticks
( syatong ), and cans ( Bato-Lata )and although we were told they were dangerous, wala man gyud to'y actual nga nabuta bah, bukol lang nuon sa agtang naa.

We walked, rode bikes, or took tricycles to a friend's house and knocked on the door or batoon ug gagmay nga bato ang bungbong, or just yelled for them to jump out the window!

Mini basketball teams
had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't pass had to learn to deal with the disappointment.

That generation
of ours has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers, creative thinkers and successful professionals ever! They are the CEO's, Engineers, Doctors and Military Generals of today.

The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had failure, success, and responsibility. We learned from our mistakes the hard way.

You might want to share this with others who've had the luck to grow up as real kids. We were lucky indeed.

And if you like, forward it to your kids too, so they will know how brave their parents were.

It kind of makes you wanna go out and climb a tree, doesn't it?!

PS - The big letters are because your eyes
may not be able to read this if they were typed any smaller (at your age? Duh!).

as promised, here are the answers to the Xmas quiz. hope you will be blessed by the Biblical truths about Christmas.

let us rejoice for God's wonderful gift to us, our Lord, Savior, Lover and Friend Jesus Christ who is the reason for this season.

cheers!
Shiela

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.  And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)

This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. 19Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.

20But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins."

22All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him "Immanuel"—which means, "God with us."

24When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus. (Matthew 1:18-25)
