ENHANCING EFFECTIVE NEGOTIATION SKILLS PART 5

Lahat ng simula ay may pagtatapos. Lahat ng negosasyon ay merong pagsasara. Paano

natin icoconclude ang isang negotiation? Ang conclusion ay maaari nating masabi na ito

ang pinakamahalagang yugto ng negosasyon dahil huhusgahan ka kung papaano natapos

ang inyong usapan. For many, lalo na iyong talagang masasabi natin na shrewd na mga

negotiators, ang tawag nila sa conclusion ay going for the quill pero I would rather term it

differently and say it is sealing a deal. Kung papaano ninyo tinatapos iyong pag-uusap

ninyo. Meron tayong mahahalagang puntos on how to conclude a negotiation.

Halimbawa talaga iyong mga issues na hindi ninyo napagkasunduan dati ay natranscend

1. Set clear objectives

2. Know what is negotiable or non-negotiable.

3. Consider concessions.

4. Spend time preparing and doing your homework.

5. Consider the strategy of sincerity.

6. To conclude the negotiation, you need to summarize, confirm, document

everything and get a commitment so that at the end of the day both you and the

other party will feel like winners.
