We are happy to announce that the UPV Badminton Team performed well in
the Badminton Tournament sponsored by The Guardian Newspaper last
Saturday, January 13, 2006 at the the Citisports Badminton Courts in
Iloilo City. The UPV participants and their ranking are as follows:
Rina-Joy and Shawie - 1st Runner-Up
Ladies Doubles, Class C
Shiv and Dubhe - 2nd Runner-Up
Ladies Doubles, Class E
Atorni Mel and Sam - 3rd Runner-up
Men's Doubles, Class E
