If we are going back to Lake Arthur: since we seem to have people who can ably
handle start/finish line & dockmaster duties, I would be happy to put together
the Pennsylvania regulations for motor launches & disseminate them to whoever
might be bringing launches, to make sure that we don't have a repeat of the
"Great Boat Bust of 2006."
