Does switching event 9 (Men's Novice 8 )& 10 (women's novice 4)
adversely affect people's plans. There's only two boats in the MN8,
and I suspect it'd be an issue for those using the same shell in both
races.

If we can swap the order of these two events, it give Chicago a bit
more time to hot seat.  If I don't hear anything by tomorrow
afternoon, I'll assume it's okay.
