The entry deadline is Wednesday, but the process can go much smoother if
you provide with the detail sooner than later.

I assume it'll go much like last year.
1. All the entries come in
2. I publish the preliminary schedule
3. everyone realizes they have to double up equipment
4. then request changes to the schedule

I'm not expecting this process to change, because I want as many people
racing as possible. However, the sooner the schedule is nailed down the
better for all involved.
