Hi all,
we (Emory) were wondering if we could borrow boats for the regatta...
the state of Georgia recently passed a law making it illegal to rent
trucks with towing packages with the intention of towing without
having a towing license...
This obviously leaves us in a bind; the only viable solution we've
been able to come up with is hiring a trailer-driving guy, but that is
pretty expensive and is going to cost us a few thousand dollars to get
up to Pittsburgh.

We're looking to enter:
NW 8+ (A&B)
NW 4+ (A&B)
NM 8+
NM 4+
VW hwt 4+
VM hwt 4+

Any help is greatly appreciated.
We would be able to pay a modest amount for borrowing boats.
