Michigan 4, Alaska 0

Michigan used three third period goals to pull away from Alaska and win, 4-0.

Chad Kolarik opened the scoring in the first period and it remained a
one goal game after a scoreless second stanza.

In the third period, the Wolverines killed off a five minute major
penalty on Brian Lebler for hitting from behind, then got goals from
Travis Turnbull, Aaron Palushaj, and Kevin Porter.

Billy Sauer stopped all 15 shots faced for his first shutout of the
season and third of his career.
