The Wolverines open the season on the road at the Ice Breaker Cup in
Minneapolis, MN, where they\'ll face Boston College in the opener and
either Minnesota or RPI the next day.

U-M will then open the CCHA regular season at Northern Michigan, then
return to Yost Ice Arena to host Boston University for a weekend
series. The rest of the nonconference schedule includes hosting
Minnesota and Wisconsin for the annual College Hockey Showcase, and
facing Providence in the opener of the Great Lakes Invitational.

The four road games at the start of the season will be Michigan\'s
longest stretch away from Yost all year. After that they play at least
one home game every other series.
