Both Berenson and Jim Hunt return to the show this week.  They talk about Michigan's season up until now, lots of talk about recruiting and Red comments on his latest signees, and they look ahead at this weekend's College Hockey Showcase.

Please note that game time for tomorrow night against Minnesota is 8 p.m., not 7:35 p.m.  This is to accommodate for the game being broadcast on CSTV.

Saturday's game against Wisconsin will be at 7:35 p.m., and that game can be seen locally on Comcast Local.

NHL Central Scouting Bureau Preliminary Rankings

The NHL Central Scouting Bureau has released their Preliminary Rankings for the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.  These rankings are broken down in leagues.

Among NCAA skaters, Minnesota's Phil Kessel is ranked No. 1, North Dakota's Jonathan Toews of North Dakota is No. 2, and Mark Mitera of Michigan is No. 3.

Other Wolverines in the Top 25 are Tim Miller at No. 17, Travis Turnbull at No. 21 and Tyler Swystun at No. 25.

Among NCAA goaltender, U-M netminder Billy Sauer tops the list.

McKeen's Hockey also released their latest overall rankings.  Sauer climbs the list and remains the top rated goaltender at No. 9, while Mark Mitera drops of their top 15.
