For the record, I was going for the Thermo-Lite 2 bivvy (version 2?)
which seems a little better built. I was also thinking of using it
*in stead of*
a sleeping bag on warmish nights (55 degree F and up)
with a sleeping pad. Maybe a microfleece 'bag liner for a bit more
comfort/warmth.
Looks like I will have to work it out for myself, as the experiences
seem to be either it worked fine, or caused lots of condensation.
All in al lit looks good for 1 or 2 nights, but not something one
would use for extended trips.
