The Rohloff is between 35 and 160g lighter, depending on the model.  

Rohloff has extensive information about their efficiency here:http://www.rohloff.de/en/technical/speedhub/efficiency/index.html

According to this IPHVA report, the efficency is basically the same.

Anecdotal reports also show that the Rohloff is way more reliable than anything else on the market.

The only reason I see not to get the Rohloff compared to any other internally geared is cost.  Granted, that's a pretty large one.
