I did a lot of riding this year, maybe not unrelated to the fact that
I bought 2 new bikes. The major 1 month tour was in Australia (
Darwin to Perth, 4700 km), two credit card 1-weekers in the Alps of
about 800 km, and quite a lot of day rides resulted in about 13000 km,
including comutes. Here are the blogs, some of them you may already
know:
Australia: http://iikinaustralia.blogspot.com
St Gotthard: http://stgotthard.blogspot.com
Dolomites: http://iikindolomites.blogspot.com
I will have 5 free days near the end of the year and if the weather
will be fine, I might go for a short winter tour. I would like to
turn it into an experment of carrying winter tour stuff, including
camping equipment, without the racks or backpacks.
All the best,
Igor.
