II.A. S/he must be both accepted and enrolled in a regularly
matriculated degree program at the school for which eligibility is
to apply.

II.B.4. Programs that culminate in only the awarding of a
certificate are not considered "degree-seeking."

Also, everyone else needs to make sure the don't drop below 6 hours
and are taking those 6 hours at UCF, not Valencia.
