Early Round Trades highlight draft
 
LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO --- The United Hockey League (UHL) released Friday the results from the 2004 Expansion Draft. Complete results are included with this release.
 
Member Clubs were allowed to protect 12 players and one goaltender from their 2003-04 final rosters. A maximum of six players from any one club could be selected and each team was permitted to protect a previously available player after losing a player in the draft. The draft consisted of 13 rounds with the selection order based upon each member club’s entry into the league.
