Just Hockey has a few writing and photo positions open for the UHL.

The following teams currently need a writer: BC Icemen, Elmira
Jackals, Muskegon Fury, Quad City Mallards. More positions may open
up, as I'm still contacting last year's writers to check on their
status.

Staffers work on a volunteer basis. They earn experience, clips, free
subscriptions, lines on their resumes and usually press passes. They
do it because they love minor league hockey.

Internship credit is possible for college journalism majors.

Just Hockey publishes once a month and during the regular season
only. It is in a format similar to The Hockey News, but only covers
the minors and covers them well. You could help Just Hockey do it
even better.

qualifications and what team or teams you would like to cover. Also,
send me a sample of your work. You must be dedicated to meeting your
deadlines!!!
