Hey everyone,
After all the excitement I put into that email about the workout, I have to let you down and say that Drake is closed for the women's soccer game this afternoon. As such, the workout will still be going on, but at Janss steps, and I cannot be there. You are all more than welcome to go (you should! It's good for you! :), and if you do, meet two guys in cammo pants and combat boots at the base of the steps at 3:20. Their names are Roberto and Kellen and they are cool guys, so if you still want to go, it should be a lot of fun. :)
