Since Sectionals are this weekend (in case you hadn't
heard) please do this early in the week. Gizmo is
running it at 5:30 on Tuesday and would like you to

PS So few 400s left in the season, enjoy them while
you can. When you're old and incontinent you'll wish
you could be running 400s (or maybe you'll be senile
and not know what to wish for)
WORKOUT:
Jog, dynamic stretching, accelerators, bionic legs.
Set 1 - 400 200 200 100 100
Set 2 - 400 200 200 100 100
Set 3 - 400 200 200 100 100
Rest- 90s after 400s, 60s after 200s, 45s after 100s,
3 minutes between sets
Target times-
400: 85-95s,
200: 40-45s
100: 18-21s
Jog 2 laps

Stretch
